Kym Steele is the owner of TransChoice Consulting. Kym has over 35 years experience in the road transport industry and brings that experience to the industry, along with the commitment to see transport operators benefit from the advantages of being an NHVAS Mass Management, Maintenance Management or BFM accredited member. Kym's experience covers 17 years in Operations and Fleet Management and 18 years "on the road" hauling livestock, bulk products, and general freight. Kym was also a driver assessor/trainer in a past life and understands the needs of transport operators as well having been an owner driver himself on the South Coast of NSW.

Kym is also an accredited HVA Auditor for NHVAS, WA Roads, Trucksafe and Fatigue

 

 

As a member of the Creative Accreditation Network, we can offer NHVAS Mass Management, Maintenance Management and BFM systems that are easy to use and comprehensive to allow you, the Operator, the ability to gain accreditation and maintain compliance.  This is supported by a constant review of the application of the Standards of the Scheme and upgrading our Manuals etc regularly. We have a number of associates in Queensland, NSW and Victoria, but we are not limited to just these states.

 

Our business is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. We are committed to meeting those needs. As a result, the majority of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.

 

To date the CA Network has facilitated over 250 clients (with more 2500 units) to achieve accreditation including some icon brands such as Qantas, Computertrans, Orica Australia, Energy Australia, Mulgoa Quarries, Boral and Hy-Tec Industries to name just a few. But we are not just about big customers - our systems suit owner/operators as well as small fleets where potential benefits are just as real, and sometimes easier to manage.

We do support the product and you, our customer, for the period of accreditation. We conduct the first 3 monthly reviews with you as part of the package (if required) and will help with annual reviews if you choose. We develop a relationship not just a sale.
